NOTE: You must have a valid support agreement with STORServer to submit Support Requests.Use either of the following options to submit a support request to STORServer:
1. Send e-mail to support@STORServer.com
NOTE: For faster processing, send the e-mail from an e-mail address that is associated with your STORServer customer account.
|* In the subject, enter a title that briefly describes the reason for your request.|
* Provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing or the information you are seeking.
* Attach any pertinent log files that may assist STORServer Support in diagnosing your problem.
